Michelle is a South African vet who graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2019.
Her first job was in a rural setting serving an underprivileged community in South Africa, where she mainly worked with cattle, horses and sheep. She then moved to a first opinion small animal clinic for 2 years before moving to Ireland and joining Allpets in 2023.
Michelle has recently enrolled in an intense 2 year small animal medicine course through the RVCS where she will be nurturing her interest in feline medicine.
Her passion in veterinary science is split between medicine diagnostic work-ups, ultrasonography as well as general surgery.
Outside of work she enjoys hiking, reading and cooking as well as spending time with her Golden retriever, Ella, and rescue cat, Lucy, who both moved with her from South Africa.
